Welcome to the Florida Naturopathic Physicians Association - the only Florida association representing Naturopathic Physicians. Our members are working hard to make Naturopathic Medicine a part of Florida's Health Care System.

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic Medicine is a comprehensive system of primary healthcare that uses natural therapies in health promotion and disease prevention.

Naturopathic Physicians learn in medical school how to integrate pharmaceuticals, botanicals, physical medicine, clinical nutrition and other therapies. They are the healthcare leaders in safe, natural treatments as well as preventative medicine. Learn More

Licensure in Florida

Even though Naturopthic Doctors have had licenses to practice medicine in Florida since the 1920s, the state hasn't issued new licenses  in several years.
